These are an added variation to military pressing with kettlebells.

Choke a mini band around the KB handle and stand on the other end.

Tense your entire body when pressing the bell up and hold the lockout position for a solid second to exhibit control and stability.

I suggest reps in the 3-5 range for military press/overhead work to avoid aggravating the shoulders/upper back.
