This is a great bar for bigger guys like Mike (see picture). It is a longer bar and has a slight bend to it taking some of the stress of the shoulders and biceps.

The same rules apply to this as it does all other squats:

Keep you head forward

Keep your back arched

Keep your knees out

Create a solid torso base

Sit back as you squat down with your hips first

Raise out of the squat with your chest first

Try to keep your upper back tight

Try to keep your elbows in line with the bar

Note: Don't wear a shirt that says, "Shut up and Pull" on it. This is not cool (sorry Mike!) - Jim
