Jeff Kouba shared a great way to pack in some carbohydrates after a workout. It was too good not to share. Regarding adding more carbohydrates, here is a peanut butter oatmeal cookie thing I make. One batch of three cookies is about 200 grams of carbohydrates. You could add more sugar or even dextrose to help out.



I eat one cookie during my back load. I should be getting 1200 grams myself, but it's a struggle.
