DD handle Pull Ups Once again, utilizing grip work during the workout, not only at the end, allows athletes to develop grip strength endurance while also performing pulling movements. You can place these on top of a pull up bar anywhere: the park, the gym, a high racked barbell, etc. You don't need to have these secured on a beam like I do You cna pull up to your neck area, or, perform these as sternum pulls, where you lean back and pull so the bar touches your sternum
