In this edition of JL Holdsworth's Friday Technique Video, Holdsworth covers the pull through. The best pull through variation to build your deadlift will depend on your deadlift style. Holdsworth shows straight-leg, bent-leg, close-stance, and wide-stance pull through variations. For conventional deadlifters, a closer stance, straight-leg variation will work best. For sumo deadlifters, a wider stance and bent-leg setup will have a better carryover.

For any style of pull through, Holdsworth shows how to:

1. Hang arms loosely

2. Let the cable pull your arms through your legs

3. Keep leg positioning consistent

4. Extend to an upright position

5. Finish with pelvic tilt
