Training alone is never very fun. When in doubt I pin press-says Elite FTS Pro Team Member Molly Edwards.
Pin presses are a simple bench technique that is very effective for increasing bench press numbers. When pressing off the safety rails you’ll be completely relaxing your chest, arms and shoulders, taking all the tension (and specifically the elastic tension) from the muscles. This takes away any rebounding help that you get out of the bottom due to that elastic tension, forcing your muscles to do all the work.

In the video below Molly goes through her pin press workout. She performs sets of six till failure using lighter weight to move the bar with speed while also working on technique.

For this workout you will need a

Power Rack with a

bench bar.
