Glute Bridges

This is a great warm-up exercise to help activate the glutes. To perform glute bridges, lie on the ground, knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Push your heels into the ground and lift your hips as high as possible. Hold this position for a second and return to the starting posistion. This exercise is part of the Parisi Warm-up DVD.
