GOOD
All of our benches have competition width/length pads. This is key to a strong, stable bench press. If you've never pressed off a 12 inch wide pad, you have no idea how much stronger, safer and easier it is. Most gym pads are 8-10 inches wide – this is fine if you are a middle-age man looking to press a plate per side. This is not optimal if you're looking to press big weights and big PR’s. So, even our most affordable benches have the strong, serious lifters in mind.
