Begin this exercise with 2 kettlebells, one in each hand. Squat down so the kettlebells set on the floor. Keeping your wrists tight and squeezing the KB handles with your hands, extend your legs out, so you are now in a pushup position. Bring your feet back in to a squat stance and stand up with KB's in hand.

To increase the intensity of the exercise you can jump up instead of squatting. Be sure to have a good grip on the KB's throughout the entire exercise.
