When I had a reverse hyper I would perform this rotational lift.

Now, I do this on top of two tractor tires.

Stand next to a higher object (table, barrel, tires, etc).

Place the object furthest away from the loading platform so you are in the middle of the loading area and the keg

use rotation and full body to squat down, lift and rotate the keg onto your platform.

I encourage you to move your feet naturally, allowing yourself to pivot as you feel comfortable.

Flat footed rotational movements can easily lead to tweaking your knee one way or another.

Reps can be 3 - 6 per side, or more if the keg is lighter!
