Loop a mini band to a power rack or other stable piece of equipment. Lie on a bench facing the band and hook your toes in the band. While holding onto the bench with your hands, raise your legs up. Perform for 10-20 reps. The past 5 years has seen a dynamic shift in the approach to strength and flexibility training. These bands are the reason! Do not get left behind.
