One Leg Leg Press

This is the real reason we designed this machine. The leg press IS a very effective movement regardless of what some people may say. What is not effective is loading up a zillion pounds and pressing on a 45 degree incline. This machine is set on a 60 degree incline so you will not feel like superman loading up a zillion pounds, but you will be working the right stuff.

Get set in the machine, Lock down one side of the push plate and push the other half of the sled with you foot. Try different foot positions to hit different areas of the leg. The plate is big enough more more positions that I could explain here.

Sets - Reps - This is a higher rep movement (12-20) for moderate sets (2-4).
