Pec Dec - Magnum Category: Supplemental Muscles Targeted: Chest The movement on this machine is perfect. The Biangular movement allows for a great range of motion without feeling like your shoulder are going top rip off. Keys points are to keep your chest high and pull your arms around your body like you are hugging a tree. Find an end position where you feel the deepest contraction. While this is not a huge mass builder or strength builder it will help bullet prof the pec/delt tie in. This is the same place where most bench pressers tear their pecs. Use a slow and controlled making sure to get a full stretch throughout the pec region. Higher reps will work better (10-15) with multiple sets (3-5).
