The Rickshaw deadlift is very similar to a rack deadlift in that it is a limited range of motion. The differences are that the weight is more over your center of gravity (which is safer) and the Rickshaw offers three different grip varations - regular, fat (2") and super fat (3").

The body position is similar to a regular deadlift; chest and head up, lower back arched and butt pushed back.

Drive your heels into the ground and lead with the chest.

Your traps will get huge.
