To start, set the bar in the power rack at approximately waist height. Take a towl and hang it over the bar. Grab each end of the towel, put your legs out straight so you body is in a straight line. Pull yourself up by squeezing your shoulder blades together and pulling your elbows straight back until your chest hits the bar. Slowly lower yourself down.

You can also do this with two towels, one hand holding each towel.
