For this exercise you will need chain and a band. Place a purple band around your back and hold each end in your hand. Use as many chain as you would like. The easiest setup for the chain is to hook the blast strap handle to the chain. You will have a group of chain in each hand AND the band. Lie on the bench and perform a tricep extension. The chain will deload a bit at the bottom and be heavier at the top. The band also provides more resistance at the top, which makes this a great "heavy" tricep exercise.
