Here is an example of my normal day and my meals. They change on a regular basis (Captain Crunch to Wheaties, etc), but this is generally how it goes. By no means am I any kind of nutritionist as you'll see, but this seems to work for me as of now and I have a pretty fast metabolism.

Right now I am between 268-272 pounds on any given day. My problem is that I have a very hard time keeping my weight up and and that's why I take in a lot of meals and basically anything that sounds good. If I miss meals or don't eat, my weight drops fast. Another problem I have is that I don't really have an appetite half of the time. I could probably go all day without eating and it wouldn't really bother me, but I would lose a ton of weight. My fiance says she can't believe the little amount of food I eat for how big I am, I just can't eat a lot. Most of the time I force-feed to get food in. I also have a very hard time eating in the morning, so whatever I do eat is not very healthy, if you are into the healthy eating.

Well here's an average day. I picked up my breakfast habits from Dave Tate...not really but it looks a lot like what he used to eat before his dieting.

7 AM

  • A half box of either Coco Puffs, Peanut Butter Capt'n Crunch, or if I'm feeling healthy, I'll have Wheaties with sugar on it.
  • Coffee with two rows - which is approximately ten Chips Ahoy - of chocolate chunk cookies dunked in it. I used to do the Pop Tarts, but found this even better.
  • 40 grams of protein with

    Biotest Metabolic Drive and

    Biotest Leucine. I also mix

    Biotest Creatine in.

  • Biotest Flameout
9:30 AM
  • 40 grams of protein with Biotest Metabolic Drive and Biotest Leucine. I also mix Biotest Creatine in.
  • Fruit. This could be an apple, pear, watermelon or whatever I have at home.
11:30 AM
  • Grilled Cheeseburger, chicken or steak. This is usually with some kind of pasta and some chips.
  • Biotest Flameout
2 PM
  • 40 grams of protein with Biotest Metabolic Drive and Biotest Leucine. I also mix Biotest Creatine in.
5 PM
  • Chicken, burger or steak with some vegetables, pasta and fruit.
  • Biotest Flameout
7 PM
  • Biotest Anaconda with Biotest Leucine and Biotest Creatine mixed in.
7:30 PM (Training Time) 9:30 PM (Post Training)

  • Biotest Recovery with Leucine and Creatine mixed in, plus one scoop (20 grams) of Biotest Metabolic Drive protein.

  • Biotest Mag-10
  • Some type of carbs and fruit.
11 PM (Prior to bed)
  • 40 grams of protein with Biotest Metabolic Drive and Biotest Leucine. I also mix Biotest Creatine in. This one may include ice cream and peanut butter added and made with milk instead of water.
Note: Like I said, I'm no nutritionist as you can see, but this works for me. This is why Shelby Starnes does my fiance's figure diet and not my diet, plus the fact he is a genius when it comes to contest prep!

Biotest Supplements I use:

Biotest Mag-10 1lb 6.8oz

Biotest Anaconda 1lb 13.7oz

Biotest Low Carb Metabolic Drive 2lbs

Biotest Surge Recovery 3lbs 3.9oz

Biotest Flameout 90 Capsules
