I had the MRI done on my elbow today and while not awful news was not what I was hoping for. Basically it was inconclusive. The doctor said there may be a partial tear in the tricep or it may just appear that way because of the surgery. He said either way I shouldn't need surgery and has prescribed more physical therapy. I'm relieved that I don't need surgery but would have liked to have a more concrete explanation for the pain. I trust the doctor completely and everything he as told me has been accurate. I don't doubt him now and will do the physical therapy. It's just frustrating being injured especially before I was even fully recovered from the tricep surgery in the first place.
