belt squats

220 for 8 sets of 2 reps

 

Inverse curl machine

3 sets of 8 reps with 115 pounds of assistance

 

cable crunches

3 sets of 15 with 100 pounds

 

yoke walk

empty yoke (~310 pounds) for 2 carries of 90 feet

 

Things felt good today and that was the heaviest I've used for good mornings in a long time. I'm working on wrapping my mind around this meet and motivating myself to help build my confidence.
