Kettlebell Sport Training has commenced for our next competition which is April 9th, 11 weeks out. It was a quiet night with only two team members and myself training, lots are out with Illness and other commitments tonight. Bethany and Shannon prove the dedication to this sport and know that if you want to obtain big ranks you have to lift heavy weights and train consistently. This training is gruelling to say the least, dedication is a must.

We are thinking of putting in a relay team for the Double Clean and Jerks, we need 4 people for this fun event !

We also got our swings in for the 10 K Challenge for Autism, double duo night!
