background: I work at OSU as a graduate teaching associate and lift at Ludus Magnus. I am a raw lifter who competes in the 105lb weight classes, and am currently prepping for my next meet (when grad school finally gives me a weekend off) . General Warm up 1.Stepper

Specific Warm up 2a. 2 x 15 push up 2b. 2 x 15 lat pull down

Training 3. Max effort paused bench Up to 135 RPE 8

Assistance x 3 4a.3 position 3-3 sec pause bench (no leg drive) 1 rep: pause half way down, at chest, coming off chest

4b.Ultra wide Low row x 15

5.Curls x 5

Finisher 6. 50 rep shoulder raises

I did this training session the same day the powerlifting experience kicked off. I hope to have an update from the weekend up and running later this week!
