I had a recent back strain that I wasn't sure how bad it was. I think it was a pinched nerve and it's put me out for a couple of weeks. So, my fist week back pushing the weight I was a little nervous to say the least. last week on the same bar, same chain weight for triples I only worked up to 145 lbs.

My back was a little sore from this and hasn't felt quite right since I hurt it. I plan on going to the chiropractor and getting some deep tissue massage work done in the near future.
