Its just not about looks... everyone is on the kick to look like a bodybuilder but perform as a powerlifter. If you knew what was happening on the inside of your body then you wouldn't do it. Eat healthy, listen to your body and let it perform without forcing it to be something it is not. I guarantee you will get stronger.
