Close Grip Bench Press 350x6 350x5 my triceps were like nah 315 2x6
Supinated Lat Pulldown 180 4x10
TBar Row 275 4x10
Rear Delt Machine 90 4x12
Face Pulls 50 4x20
Ticeps Extension a lot
I was going to do consitioning but figured I would just walk a bunch the next morning because my legs were tired and I have squats the day after this. Oh well. I am still trying ot fins a balance betweein too much and too little with this type of work
