Today is 4 weeks post meet and I feel good. I had a couple RPR sessions at Hybrid Performance Group and it has helped me recover faster. It's time for some actual squats...
box squats - 15 - 1/2" box 330 for 3 sets of 2 reps 330 plus light band for 2 sets of 2 reps
deadlifts 315 for 5 singles
inverse curl machine 140 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 8 reps
GHR's 4 sets of 10 reps
hanging leg raises 3 sets of 12 reps
It felt really good to squat again and things moved very fast.
