Are you getting enough rest for the volume of work or just the right amount ? Enough Rest is key for me and I can tell when I'm rested with how my training goes. Today I was well rested and I will be well rested for my next meet, there will be no excuses.

3 Rep Max today, felt really strong, went for a P.R. got 3 reps in with 326 Lbs, 3rd one was not good so I will call that my max, which should set me up with an easy opener of over 300 lbs, happy with today's training, 4 weeks out !

SUMO DEADLIFTS

My least favourite way to deadlift but my coach keeps telling me they will help with my squats so I continue to try them !

GHR LADDERS

Tried a 3 second hold, felt challenging but not too hard ! Superset with Abs, 5 second plank hold then 5 sit ups ! that burns bad !

Training felt good today, anxious to try my max bench since I got my bicep tendon worked on by Dr. Ken Kinakin.

Every day is a school day !
