Goal for deadlifts was to force ourselves to stay lighter so we stuck with 5's. I've been a big fan of touch n go pulls due to the time under tension I get. On bench, I wanted to hit 370x5 but we were zooming through bench faster than I'm used to. Not making excuses but just seemed to be the reality. Only hit four reps but I know five is there. I hit 374x4 with the duffalo bar so it should've been easily doable with the straight bar.
