I just started training with a crew again and finally back to using a monolift. So, I want to take the next week or two and see where I'm at strength wise.
I took 15 minutes or so and did some mobility work to warm up. The weights were in kilos and it was a 65 lb Iron Wolf bar (which was really nice) so my math is rounded up or down, with in 10 lbs of what I lifted.
Squat ; bar x 5 135x4 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x2 365x1 405x1 455x1 - light wraps on 495x1 - maverick wraps 545 x 1 - maverick wraps 600x1 - maverick wraps
Reverse mini bands 650 x1 - krait wraps on
Everything was easy and I will take a heavier squat next week 625-650 probably.
Accessory work: Dumbbell Straight Leg Deadlift 3x10 superset Single leg machine hamstring curls 3x20 per leg
