Last week I pulled off blocks pretty heavy- I'm typically not that good off pulling off of small blocks (4inch), I feel like it puts me in a bad starting position, but I worked up to 738 lbs and felt pretty good about it. This week I pulled off of a small deficit vs 1 mini band that I put over the bar and stood on.

Deadlift : (Kilos, so weights are approx.) 135x3 225x2 315x2 365x1 405x1 425x1 475x1 505x1 555x1 570x1

It was obviously heavy at the end, but I had a lot more in me and didn't really have to strain too hard. I like pulling vs bands because you can have enough tension where you have to strain at lockout but it doesn't tax my body near as much as pulling heavy off of the floor.

Accessory work: Wide Stance SSB Low Box Squat 8s3 vs average bands doubled over -It was a pretty decent amount of band tension and the Safety bar didn't make things easier

135 x 2 sets 185x 2 sets 225x2sets 275 x 2 sets

My hips are a weak point, so the wide stance to the low box really hit them hard.
