Warming up felt like garbage on my wrists and elbows. I'll switch to a specialty bar next week and adjust the weights if need be. I may even squat to a box, depending on the bar. With that being said, today was a good day. My unrack was shaky but we worked through that. My speed improved as the sets went on also.

465 for 5x2 which is about 755 at the top. 515 for a double, 805 at the top.

I tried Good mornings on the belt squat using the EliteFTS front squat harness. These were pretty bad ass- hitting my mid and low back, especially with the slow eccentric finisher.
