Positive Ultrasound results today. I am still waiting for my MRI results but I cannot wait forever. I have stuff to lift.
Back in my suit tonight before I forget how to use it. I took it easy, my main focus tonight was getting my two Iron Sisters their squat openers in place. Carri and Shantel compete Jan 28th and I'm excited to help them on the platform.
Now, back to me, here are my deadlifts from tonight. I will be ready for the 21 Deadlift Salute, main stage Arnold Expo!

The 306 lbs felt easier without my suit on. Working with gear is not an easy thing but I will get it eventually. My knee felt good tonight so this is a great thing.
Nothing to crazy, just some confidence again and working without pain is progress.
