I pulled something in my left glute/hamstring tie in warming up with 4 plates. It was the typical Forrest Gump "Felt like something jumped up and bit my in the butt." I think it's just some scar tissue. I'll rehab it with deep tissue and muscle stim and extra hydration and we'll see what happens from there.
