This was a huge confidence builder for me. I've been working through ever little kink when it came to my squat from unrack to execution and it felt the best it's ever felt today. I'm not sure what I'll be good for on the platform but I have some ideas that I'd like to flesh out in two weeks during my last heavy squat session.
