I'm preparing for the 21 deadlift salute on the main stage at the Arnold Classic. This will probably be with in 10 lbs of my opener. I really wasn't feeling it this session, but knew what numbers I need to hit.
Deadlift: 135x2 225x2 315x2 405x2 495x1
Suit on, Straps Down 585x1 635x1
Straps up
675x1 745 x1
For not really feeling that great I wasn't too disappointed by this. Everything before the 745 felt fast, the 745 wasn't as fast as I would have liked, but no doubt it will be in march.
Accessory work: 3x10 glute ham raise 3x10 standing cable abs
I still have a lot of work to do, but I'm pretty confident in my programming that I will hit 800+ in March.
