Last week of squats using accommodating resistance. Blue bands are measured at about 100# of tension each, for 200# at the top. 5 chains per side x 15lbs each = 150# total at the top.

Today was a great day. I've been hammering my unrack- working to get my chest up while engaging my lats. I figured out through trial and error, watching my videos, and watching my training partners, that I was holding all of the tension in my lats during my squat. That caused me lose tension in my mid back- or worse yet- never generate proper tension there to begin with.

These unracks are still not perfect, but this is a huge step in the right direction.
