I went this entire week again without training during the weekdays.

I need to stop this. It's no ones fault but my own. No excuses. I need to do better.

Saturday and Sunday I got to train with friends which always helps me mentally.

Saturday Deadlifts:

Admittedly I have been avoiding deadlifts as I knew when I started back I was going to suck at them. My assumptions were correct.

135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 3 365 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 3 added P2 belt and straps 495 x 5

This was hard. Way harder than it should be. Motivation to do more. and do more better.

Pull down abs with the Spud long strap

10 reps 10 reps 8 + 2 reps 10 reps Dropped the weight. These helped my back that was lit up from my shitty deadlifting.
