My mom came and got Odin for the week, as it's March break and she has all her grandbabies for a couple days.

After we sent the wee man off to the back country, Shannon and I went trained with our buddy Brett Burton.

Incline close grip bench

Bar x 10 95 x 8 135 x 5 155 x 5 185 x 5 205 x 5 225 x 5 x 5

Brett is planning on doing his first powerlifting meet this year and Shannon and I were helping him with his set up. I kept doing sets until he was done, that is how I ended with 5 sets haha.

DB flys SSW/ Isometric presses (?)

10 reps each for 3 sets. I'm not sure what the second movement is called but I find it really help my pec activation. I squeeze the DB together at the top and then bring them down and perform a press. I am squeezing my pecs hard the whole way. If you know what it is called, comment below.

Machine press

3 sets of 12 focusing on time under tension. Not full lockouts and not letting the weight stacks touch at the bottom.

Lat pull down SSW/ Cable curls

3 sets of 10 reps each. I almost saw I bicep vein.

I'm in Atlanta for the rest of this week. I'm going to try and find a place for a quick work out if my work lets me.

Thanks for all the help Shannon, Brett and Martin!!

PS. Looks like Odin is having fun
