I have been known to over train. I completely admit it! However I believe hard work will beat talent any day. Training smart it what I have gained over the years. This training session was mainly to move blood and hit a few weaknesses.

  • Half mile light sled drag
  • wide lat pulldowns
  • belt squat and kettle bell stiff deads
  • abs work is always needed if I ever want to squat something worth doing.
