Happy Mother's Day to all the Mother's out there. Today I hit the iron hard in honour of my Mom who I miss so terribly much. Time does not heal as I find out every year on Mother's day.

Being weak is not an option for me and it seems I need a goal to keep accountable. It's easy to stray off your training when life gets in the way. My off season training has been going well.

Today I wanted to try some squats and see how my knee felt as it has been feeling great lately. I have a full power meet in mind and needed a test run so to speak.
