Today marked 6 week since my shoulder surgery, Aug 15th, 2015 I tore my Supraspinatus bench pressing at the Elitefts S4 compound.

The surgeon was super impressed with my rehab to date. My range of motion is ahead of the game at this point which is great news.

You can't rush fate, you can't rush a tendon growing back, it's just that simple. It takes 3 months for the tendon, muscle and bone to re-attach and grow properly before any lifting can commence. Again I got a stern warning from the Dr. and he actually booked me off work until March 6th, 2016 that will give me 4 months off of work.

Quite simply put, If I wreck my shoulder again the Dr. will NOT be able to fix it so as hard as it is, I have to accept it, slow down, smell the Roses and let nature take it's course.

It is going to be a long hard road ahead to get to where I was prior to injury. I was bench pressing 200 Lbs, Squatting 370 Lbs and Deadlifting 445 Lbs. I hope to get back there this year but if not there is always 2017. I may even have to try using Singly Ply equipment to keep my shoulder in tact.

I will continue to train what I can, Coach my Kettlebell Team and Rehab my shoulder to the best of my abilities. I will come back strongher than ever !
