Training has been going well. Little frustrations along the way but nothing that is a make or break attitude. Mentally I've been improving, but then I hit a wall, and it wasn't because of a bad training day. This particular day it went well. After bench, I came into the office (at Union Fitness) and I looked at Casey and said "I'm pretty frustrated," He replied, "why? Bench looked good. You'll get there." Then I said, "no, I feel like I'm not training hard enough."

I didn't know how to take that emotion.

Was it because some days I wasn't present? Was it because I wasn't getting beaten up? How can you really justify that feeling.

Physically I was getting stronger. I had mental victories about brushing off 'less than great training day'. And some days I called it when something felt off. I've been healthy thus far and I'm pretty good with reading my body. The question is when can I really push myself on those days?

It's the in between of all those things that I suppose was the tipping point. So what do you do...

Keep training.
