Once again, my training is off this week. Getting together the last few things before my big move at the beginning of September. I followed the basic outline that I spoke about a few logs back, with some slight variances. No rackpulls/deadlifts were done. Also since I wasn't able to do too much compound stuff on Monday, I moved my heavier squats to today and added in an extra light assistance move after.

Quick note on my conditioning: things are about to change quite drastically for me, as I have committed myself to a legitimate conditioning schedule every week. I don't want to go crazy with it, but it will definitely be happening at least twice a week. My calories will likely go up due to this, as I don't want to lose any additional weight. But my conditioning is definitely not what it could be. I would like to get back to where I was a few years ago, when I was emphasizing it on a regular basis.
