Block 12, Wave 1 - BP

Scottish Tornadoes

5ea x monster mini

5ea x light

Axle Bench Press

10x70

5x160

3x210

5x230

5x265

5x300

I switched the bar for my primary bench press from a regular power bar to the axle today. I have done it this way extensively in the past and it really hammers some weak points on bench for me. I am continuing with my current training numbers, but may need to adjust down a little bit in the near future. Hard to judge during final exams though.

Banded Axle Push Press

8x80 - No bands

3x80 + micro and monster mini in a basket setup

2x3x120 + micro and mm

2x3x130 + micro and mm

2x3x140 - micro and mm

Mixed bag of fast and slow reps with more than half of them being press outs. I think this is due to my fatigue and mental stress from school though, as it is a new occurrence as of this week.
