Man the weather in Atlanta is nice compared to Ottawa.
I spent the last week (Feb. 16 to 20th) in Atlanta on a training course for work. I thought that I might have time to train there, but I was wrong.
I week of travelling and sitting in a room 10 hours a day reeked havoc on my hips. So, naturally I got back to squatting.
Squats: Bar x 10 95 x 10 135 x 8 185 x 8 225 x 5 275 x 5, added Metal All Black Knee wraps. I know it's early. But, I like my knees 315 x 5 370 x 5 430 x 5 485 x 7
If this looks familiar, it's because I'm running a couple cycles of 5/3/1 to get back into training consistently. I need to get better at setting up my schedule and following through on it. I'm looking at right now doing Saturday/Sunday/Wednesday (before work)/Thursday (after work).
Boring but big: Squats 275 x 10 x 3
Huge quad and glute pump after these.
