That grind is my shoulders.

I got some training in with the team this weekend. It was far from glorious. I did a bit more volume than Shannon usually does on the bench and that's ok. Time to take a step back and fix myself.

Neck is still an issue. It's a 100x better than it was, but still not 100%.

That's it. I was having trouble with shoulder pain so decided to try and mobilize and get my should in position between sets. More work than I have done in 2 months so I will take it!

Still working on a schedule for family training. I think (but fucking hate the idea of) 5 am training is coming back. I need to stop making excuses and start crushing skulls.
