This week of school was everything I thought it would be. I capped it off with 3 neuro exams within a 12 hour period. My big practical was Thursday night, a written exam Friday AM, followed by a practical on performing an outpatient neuro exam. I was happy to be dine with only one more week in the semester, but it's all finals and practicals next week so training will be spotty again before I move down to Virginia Beach for 2 months for my next clinical.

I'm amazed at how awful 550 felt. Considering I worked up to a heavy triple at 550 last week, I was fucking pissed off at how jacked up my whole body was today. I understand why, but that doesn't make it any less annoying. I had planned to hit singles at 580 and then 600+ after 550 today, but based on how terrible 550 felt and how twisty I was getting, discretion was unfortunately the better part of valor. I really need to either force myself to wait a day or so after finishing a rough few days of studying and exams before trying to go balls deep or just plan on having a lighter training day.

It was all I could do to add in some simple and quick accessory movements today. I really just felt like trash and need sleeps and foods.
