Bench day
I wanted to get a training max for my bench for 531 with a pinky on ring grip.
Bench. Pinky on ring
Bar x20 135x5 with pad under back. 235x3 no pad on out. Back loosened up and arch was great. 315x2 404x1 455x1 500x1
