These felt good. Looking for speed and technique and things are looking good. Moved my grip in to hit the triceps harder.

Shoulders and triceps were on fire.

Lying strict db ext followed by Tate press superset

35s for 10 exts followed by 10 Tate's. 3 sets

Battle ropes
