So with a few workouts this week, I wanted to hit my last sets for around 10 reps. My goal was 315 for 10 on bench and 500 for 10 on deadlift. I was successful in completing for goals and was pretty happy about it. Doing lots of rep work has been helping my body become acclimated to raw lifting again.

Deadlift Day A. Conv Deadlift 135x5 225x5 315x5 405x5 455x5 500x10
B. SSB High Box Squats (Beltless) 4x8 w/ 265
C. Lying Leg Curls Start at 60lb plate, did ten reps at each plate until couldn't reach 10 reps
D. Cable Ab Pulldowns Superset w/ Planks 4x15 w/ 4 rounds of planks
