Since my meet last month I haven't really pushed anything significant in the bench press. I wasn't really planning on it this workout either, but it was one of those days where you feel good.
Warmup: Band Pull a parts, facepulls, reverse grip dumbbell bench press
Bench Press: bar x 10 135x10 185x5 225x5 275x2 315x2 365x2 385x2 405x2
I really had no intention of going past 365 but everything was feeling pretty good.
Accessory work: Bench w Kettlebells attached with bands 10 reps with 25 lb per side 10 with 25 and 18lb KB per side 10 (ish) with 25 lb and 2 18 lb KB's per side.
The last one was near impossible to stay tight.
